Casting
Leatherstocking Theatre is committed to offering employment and training opportunities to artists in our region, who work side-by-side with actors, directors, and designers from New York, Boston, and theaters across the country. LTC has a policy of nontraditional and multiethnic casting and selects plays that offer opportunities for a diverse cross-section of actors.
Equity Contract
Leatherstocking Theatre engages members of Actors' Equity Association, the union for actors and stage managers, under an “Equity Guest Artist Agreement," to complement our regional professional talent.
Auditions
Local Otsego County auditions are held annually each spring prior to the summer season. We also schedule auditions during the summer, when out-of-town directors are available.
